How to Open It

Look for the floating button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click it to open the AI Design Assistant chat panel. It's available on every page when you're logged in.

What It Can Do

• Create projects — Describe what you want to build and the assistant will create a project, generate features, and set up pages for you.
• Manage project content — Ask it to add features, create user flows, or define pages for an existing project.
• Edit designs — In the design editor, ask for full-page changes like "Make the background darker" or "Add a testimonials section."
• Modify specific elements — Click any element in the design editor, then ask the assistant to change just that element.

Tips for Best Results

• Be specific — "Make the hero headline bigger and change it to blue" works better than "make it look better."
• Use @mentions in the design editor to reference specific pages, features, or flows from your project.
• You can have a back-and-forth conversation — the assistant remembers context within the current session.
• If a design edit isn't what you expected, just ask for adjustments or undo the change.

Help Chatbot

There's also a separate Help chatbot in the bottom-right corner. Use it for questions about how to use Calypso, troubleshooting, or navigating the platform. It's focused on support rather than design editing.
